작품 소개
장용 작가의 작품, “two two”는 콜라주 기법을 통해 초현실(超現實)적인 공간 구성 속에 두 커플을 가두었다.
백일몽 같은 찰나의 사랑일지라도 서로 사랑에 빠진 그 순간만큼은 세상의 작은 두 개의 점만이 소중할 것이다. 사랑은 눈과 귀를 가려, 오성(悟性)을 멀게 하며 몽환과 환락의 나라에 살게 한다. 옳고 그름은 사라진 채로, 시간과 공간의 경계는 무너진 채로, 순간만이 영원하다. 그들이 발 딛는 땅만이 전부이다.
하지만, 하나였던 우주가 둘이 되고, 감겼던 눈꺼풀이 떠져 서있는 길을 똑바로 바라볼 수 있게 되면, 그때는 길을 따라 걸어야 한다. 잊었던 오성도, 멈춘 강물도, 그들의 발에 스치던 꽃밭도, 모두 제자리로 돌아갔을 때에 비로서 여운 속 의미를 찾을 뿐이다.

ジャンヨン作家の作品である「two two」は、コラージュの技法を用いて、超現実的な空間構成の中で、二対の恋人を閉じ込めているような形をしている。
白昼夢の様な、刹那の愛であれども、お互いを愛し合っているその瞬間だけは、世界に存在する二つの小さな点より大切なものはないだろう。愛は目を遮り、耳をふさぐ。悟りを遠ざけ、人を夢幻と享楽の国に留める。是非は消え去り、時間と空間の境は崩されたまま、その瞬間だけが永遠に残る。彼らが足をつけているその地面だけがすべてとなる。
ただし、一つだった宇宙が二つとなり、閉ざされていた瞼が開き、立っていた道をまっすぐ見つめ直すことができるようになれば、それは旅立ちの瞬間。道に沿って歩くしかない。遠ざけていた悟りも、止まっていた水の流れも、彼らの足元をなでる花畑も。すべてが元のあるべき場所に帰ってから、深い余韻の中にかすかに残る意味を探すだけである。

Jang Yong's work, "two two," trapped two couples in a surreal spatial composition through collage techniques.
Even if love is momentary, like a daydream, their love will make it feel like they are the most precious two small dots in existence. Love blinds the eyes and deafens ears, muddles your senses. Love makes you live in a land of dreams and pleasure. Unable to distinguish right and wrong, the boundaries of time and space broken, only the moment remains and feels eternal. Only the land they set foot on exists.
However, when one universe becomes two, and you are able to open your eyes and look straight at the road ahead, you must walk along it. The senses that had been forgotten, the river that stopped, and the flower fields that crossed your feet, all find meaning in the afterglow after all when they finally return to their place.

시월 작가는 사진 기법을 통해 보이는 것에 의존하여 꾸밈없는 외부적인 모습을 담았다. <고정관념의 늪>이라는 제목으로 180도 회전되어 있는 사진의 형태가 어떤 의미를 가지고 있는지에 주목해야 한다. 작품 속 두 사람이 한 쌍의 연인이라는 시작점은 같지만, 두 사람의 미래에 대해선 엔트로피(Entropy)는 증가할 뿐이다.
시간의 방향은 일방통행이지만, 선택에는 방향성을 띠지 않는다. 무수한 새로운 사건들이 창발(創發)하기 마련인 것이 인생인 것처럼. 당연한 것에 물음표를 던지는 것. 당신의 고정관념의 늪은 얼마나 깊은가?

時間と方向は一方通行であるが、選択は方向性を持たない。無数なる事件の創発で構築されたのが人生であるが様に。当然であることに疑問を投げ続けること。あなたの固定観念の沼に、底はありますか。

Artist Siwol relied on what was seen through photographic techniques to capture an undecorated external appearance. Attention should be paid to the meaning of the photo, which is rotated 180 degrees under the title of "The Swamp of Fixed Ideas." The starting point of the pair of lovers may be the same, but the entropy for their future only increases.
The direction of time is a one-way street, so you cannot choose its direction. Just like life, where countless random events are bound to happen everyday. Throw a question mark on the obvious. How deep is your swamp of stereotypes?
팀 소개
사진을 찍는 시월 작가와 공예를 전공한 장용 작가의 콜라보 작품으로 전시활동을 참여하게 되었다. 두 개의 작품이 하나로 이어지며 전개하는 콜라보 작품을 통해, 이번 전시의 주요 키워드인 “사랑”을 작가 개인의 방식을 통해 풀어내었다.
写真を撮るヒョン・シウォル作家と、工芸を専攻したチェ・ジャンヨン作家のコラボ作品が今回の展示に登場する。二つの作品が一つに繋がり展開するこのコラボ作品を通じて、今回の展示のメインキーワードである「愛」を、作家固有の形で解釈している。

Jang Yong who majored in crafts participated in picture exhibition activities with Jisun who took pictures. Through collaborative works that combined two works as one, the main keyword of the exhibition, "love," was solved through each artist's individual perspective.
